Robb Rogers, Co-Founder and CEO of GSD Staffing

Robb Rogers is the Co-Founder of GSD Staffing, created to help growing businesses hire great people faster and more reliably. After years of watching companies struggle with slow hiring cycles and inconsistent candidate quality, GSD Staffing was built around a simple mission: recruit, vet, and match strong nearshore professionals from Latin America who can collaborate in real time with U.S.-based teams.

Robb brings 25 years of sales and leadership experience across enterprise pharmaceutical and automotive markets, along with a decade in the MSP industry. This background shaped his ability to identify talent, build high-performing teams, and develop people into consistent producers. Today, his focus is on making sure every placement is the right fit in skill, communication, and reliability, so clients can scale with confidence.

A native of Florida, Robb now lives in upstate New York with his wife and three children. On weekends, you’ll find him and his family exploring Saratoga State Park, playing a no-holds-barred game of basement laser tag, or battling goblins and trolls in a D&D campaign.

Tim McNeil, Co-Founder and COO of GSD Staffing

Tim McNeil is the Co‑Founder of GSD Staffing, bringing a career built on developing talent, strengthening sales systems, and helping organizations grow with clarity and consistency. Before launching GSD Staffing, Tim spent his early career in insurance as both a recruiter and salesperson, then moved into the MSP industry in 2009. Over five years as an MSP salesperson, he closed hundreds of project and recurring‑revenue deals, gaining firsthand insight into what makes teams successful and what holds them back.

Because of Tim’s background in recruiting, operations and sales, his focus is ensuring every placement is a fit not only in skill, but also in communication style, reliability, and long‑term alignment. He believes that great teams don’t happen by accident, they are built with intention, the right systems, and the right people.

A native of Rochester, NY, Tim currently lives in Queensbury, NY with his wife and two sons. He’s a graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh and a lifelong hockey player, something that both of his sons love as much as he did growing up. While at Plattsburgh, he was fortunate to be a part of the 2001 National Championship men’s hockey team. He loves boating and concerts during the summers, coaching and maintaining his outdoor hockey rink for his kids in the winters.
